Romon K. Yang aka Rostarr is an abstract painter, calligrapher and filmmaker living and working in Brooklyn, New York. In 1994, he graduated from the School of Visual Arts with a focus in experimental graphic design, typography and printmaking. After graduating, he developed his reputation as an artist capable of producing both fine art and graphic design, and as a creative innovator, uniquely adept at blurring the lines of these divergent fields.

Oculus Velocitas is the catalog of the exhibition published on the occasion of the eponymous solo exhibition at Il Trifoglio Nero, Genova, 2009.
