The production of this artist's book edited by 2501 comes as a complement to the Animated Landscape exhibition project held at SpazioC21 in Reggio Emilia on the occasion of the Fotografia Europea 2022 exhibition.

The volume features photographs by the author and Guido Borso, a critical text by Fabiola Naldi, a description of the project by Simone Pallotta, a transcript of an interview with Paolo Pellegrin and excerpts of texts by Hakim Bay, filosopher, anarchist, essayist poet and writer from the U.S., best known as the author of the concept of Temporarily Autonomous Zones (TAZs), a sociopolitical tactic designed to circumvent the formal structures and institutions imposed by social control through the temporary creation of self-managed spaces.

The work is divided into five chapters, each of which gives the coordinates of the place where the respective performative actions of the project were realized: one in Puglia, on the occasion of Verso Sud, a festival of public and performative art; two self-produced in Milan (in Bisceglie and at Gasometro Bovisa); and two realized for the CONTACT/less exhibition at MAXXI L'Aquila.
