A story told in the form of stunning photos, in the suburbs of Sofia where Sonik played with his brother in the summer around Blok 102, the project where his family also lives. With a photographic work that is halfway between a documentary and a diary, Sonik lets us look through some of the graffiti pieces he made in Bulgaria in September and October 2017. Partly in obscure places that exude a magical atmosphere.
The title of the project, Rosa Canina, cames from the Latin name of a red berry typical of Bulgarian landscapes, which locals more commonly call “Shipka” (Шипка).
