Beauty's Only Screen Deep is the second book published by the American artist John Fekner, after Queensites in 1982, together with Leif Eriksson, the Swedish publisher behind Wedgepress & Cheese.
The book shows photos of John Fekner's installation in public spaces in the early 1980s together with his first works dealing with new technologies and computers, in partnership with Don Leicht.
