Shipping Policy
All orders are prepared and shipped from our physical bookstore in Paris, France.
We ship to France and internationally.
- Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days for in-stock items.
- Pre-orders: The estimated shipping date is mentioned on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we may wait until everything is available before shipping. Feel free to contact us if you’d prefer a split shipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
- Carriers: We use reliable shipping services (e.g., La Poste, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, or equivalent). Tracking is provided when available.
- Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and delivery option.
If you live in Paris, you can also pick up your order in-store free of charge during opening hours.

We ship worldwide.
Please note that customs duties and local taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the final price at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
In accordance with French consumer law (Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, without providing any reason.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns are at your own expense unless the item is defective or a mistake was made on our part.
- We do not accept returns for opened, damaged, or incomplete items.
To initiate a return, please email us at shop(at)legrandj.eu with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you and process a refund (excluding original shipping costs) within 14 business days using your original method of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the package and product(s). We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
