Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "T&Cs") govern the sales made on the website of Le Grand Jeu SASU, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 80871489300027, with its head office located at 15 Passage de Ménilmontant, 75011 Paris, France (hereinafter "Le Grand Jeu"), by any individual or legal entity (hereinafter the "Customer"), whether private or professional.
Article 1: Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Placing an order on Le Grand Jeu’s website implies full acceptance of these T&Cs by the Customer. The Customer acknowledges having read the specific sales conditions stated below and expressly accepts them without reservation. Order confirmation requires ticking a box accepting the T&Cs.
Article 2: Products and Availability
The products offered for sale are those listed on the website at the time of the Customer's visit. Each item is described in detail. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and not contractually binding.
At the time of ordering, Le Grand Jeu informs the Customer of the availability of the desired items. In the event of temporary unavailability (out of stock, reprints, etc.) after the order has been placed, the Customer will be notified by email and offered the option to wait or cancel the unavailable item(s). If the product becomes permanently unavailable, Le Grand Jeu will cancel the order for the item(s) and notify the Customer accordingly.
Article 3: Prices and Order Total
Prices are displayed in euros, all taxes included (VAT), excluding shipping costs. The total order price, including shipping, will be confirmed before payment. For international sales, customs duties and local taxes may apply and are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Article 4: Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment has been received in full. Le Grand Jeu reserves the right to refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is an existing dispute regarding a previous order.

Article 6: Shipping and Delivery
Orders are prepared and shipped from Le Grand Jeu’s physical bookstore in Paris. For in-stock items, shipping usually occurs within 2 to 5 business days. For pre-orders, the estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page.
Delivery is available within France and internationally. Le Grand Jeu cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal and Returns
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from the date of delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing a reason or incurring penalties.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories and documentation, along with a copy of the invoice. Damaged, opened, or incomplete items will not be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, provided they are in acceptable condition.
Article 8: Intellectual Property
All content on the website (texts, images, graphics, logo, etc.) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Le Grand Jeu is strictly prohibited.
Article 9: Personal Data
Le Grand Jeu is committed to protecting the confidentiality of data provided by the Customer. This data will be used solely in the context of the commercial relationship and will not be shared with third parties without the Customer’s prior consent. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.
Article 10: Applicable Law and Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts in Paris, France.
