Così su due piedi is a graphic memoir of the valuable work created by the two artists on the Squadro gallery walls last May. After their first meeting in 2010 on the occasion of the exhibition Pagine da un bestiario fantastico at the Galleria Civica in Modena, the two illustrators met again in a new project designed and created especially for Squadro. Working exclusively with black and white, they entirely covered the walls of the print shop in Via Nazario Sauro, each in their own very personal way, open to the most original experimentation, questioning of the craft and reflection on the manual labor behind artistic innovation. The surreal irony and playful atmosphere that accompanied this experience find continuity in the silkscreens and numerous artist's proofs made in the print shop, while the two authors meet again in the studio to work, still by four hands, on a series of one-step animations, which will enrich the first five hundred copies of the book.
