The first issue of Unpleasant magazine was published in 2004. Since then, the qualitative approach has earned the magazine an excellent reputation in Europe from issue to issue. From the beginning, the aim was to do justice to the most important and talented protagonists of the trainwriting scene - no compromises, only works on rolling steel! With a focus on Germany and the claim of worldwide relevance. The passion for images on steel has been burning for more than half a century now. We want to continue to be a part of it and look forward to the upcoming issue.

Unpleasant Magazine #7 will once again pay tribute to the unbridled passion of the trainwriting scene amidst the pandemic - as neither travel restrictions nor curfews can stop the brazen creativity. With our interim publication of the OTIS book, it has now been three years since the last issue. That's why we have once again turned the screws a bit to refine the magazine even further. With this issue, the part for graffiti on freight trains is dropped, making room for more writer specials:
