The book Football Graffiti was born from the need to depict the most active Ultras scenes in this field and to let them have their say. There is an easy answer to the "why". Never before has this topic been dealt with in such detail. Smiled at years ago, graffiti with a soccer connection has gained in quality in many places, and has become a fixed point of reference for club and city. It's time to document this in detail.
Work on this project began in 2015 and will be completed in 2020. The book goes far beyond a coffee-table book; in-depth interviews and writer stories provide unprecedented insights into the various views and experiences of its protagonists. It thus claims to become a standard work for soccer graffiti.
The book project was actively supported from the following scenes: FC Hansa Rostock, SG Dynamo Dresden, VfB Stuttgart, 1. FC Union Berlin, Borussia Dortmund, 1. FC Köln, BSG Chemie Leipzig, 1. FC Magdeburg, FC Schalke 04, FC Sankt Pauli, FSV Zwickau, Eintracht Braunschweig, FC Carl-Zeiss Jena, VfL Osnabrück, FC Bayern München, FC Rot-Weiß Erfurt, FC Rot Weiss Essen and many more.
