SKEW LIVES! is a posthumous tribute to Frédéric Minart known by the pseudonym Skew in the graffiti community, sometimes nicknamed Freddy Mack. Departed too soon in 2017 due to a rapid-onset cancer, this work is dedicated to all those who loved him, as well as those who followed his activities in graffiti, be it through his tags and throw-ups on the streets of Paris or his publications and activism with Whatyouwrite, where he always knew how to highlight the people he admired.
This time, it is him that we showcase through these pages, from his beginnings in the late 80s to his last nocturnal escapades, spray can in hand. We have gathered everything we could find as archives, and after nearly 3 years of research, we are proud to present this collection, which we hope would have pleased him and will equally delight you.
